Sometimes I feel uncomfortable in my own skin is that normale ?

How so do u mean like physically or mentally

I just feel werid like uncomfortable say like it your naked in front of losts of people something like that but I can be by myself an feel that way... it don't happen all the time and it only like for acouple of minutes..
