How do you repair a leaking shower pan in an upstairs shower
I have an upstairs ceramic tiled corner shower stall and I stopped using the shower when it developed a leak in the downstairs bathroom ceiling. I am wanting to repair this leak and have received different opinions with the conlusion being a crack in the pan. I would like to know the best, least invasive and least costly way to accomplish this repair. I would like your opinion so I can move forward and begin the repair project.

Remove all the tile grout, regrout, seal and hope for the best.

Before you start to regrout and tile fill the pan with a few inches of water to check for leaks,
Also make sure you protect the weep holes when you mud the pan in. Good luck, Tom
