Custody of my 7 yr old son was given to his father a few years ago . He works ,I do not .I live at home with my mother and recently just got out of jail.I received a letter in the mail not too long ago informing me I need to pay child support or go to jail pretty much.I don't know what to do.I live in las Vegas Nevada

You file a petition in the court that issued the support order for a modification.

Thank you for your reply.. do I file that form at the courthouse or can I find it on-line?

I would go to the court and talk to the clerk and ask what you need to file.
