We can't know online. You haven't told us if you were known to be pregnant or not, or how many periods you skipped, if any. Even then we can't know. It is believed that countless early miscarriages happen with no record of them. As for the cyst, there are so many kinds, sizes and changes they can make that you need to be seen again for that if you experience pain or excessive bleeding.
