    Breaking up... need some support
I was in a relationship with a guy for 4.5 yrs and it ended two weeks ago because he doesn't want a relationship. He is a very nice guy and I know he still loves me. He even still takes care of me makes sure I am okay and all. Right now I am in a good place. But I have horrible mood swings. One day I am fine, the next day I want to go crying back to him and then one day I just cry all day long and not even eat anything even though I am so **** hungry I can't! It's all just weird.

I am posting because if I ever go back to the crying which may be soon I am going to need some help. And I read a few threads around and I can see that you guys are pretty good at getting people out of their mess.

BTW, I am seeing him today to kind of catch up. We haven't had any NC period. I don't know if that's OK. But I hope I can get better without that.

You can pull through it. Just remember the times before you met, you were okay then weren't you?

If that thought doesn't help, try meeting someone new and spending loads of time out with your friends.

And if that doesn't help either (I really hope it does.. ) try talking things over with your ex and tell him how you've been affected and see if you can get back together.

Hope I helped. Good Luck x

What are you still meeting up for? Hoping to get back together? Good luck with healing without cutting the contact though. That's really hard.

Sounds like torture to me. Call me weak but I personally can't move on and recover if I'm in touch with someone.
