Hi, my question is dealing with the adoption of my son. I got pregnant with my son and at two months along his biological father died. There is no father listed on the birth certificate, because of Louisiana laws. My New Husband is the only dad my son has known, and he wants to adopt him. How do we go about this the easiest way? Please HELP!
