He has to sponsor you, he has to have a job that can cover your expenses, I am not sure of the amount anymore.
If you find a job your employer may start your papers or you will have to check with a lawyer.
Your brother can do that in Canada and see all the requirements. He has to go to emigration,and ask for the immigration forms , they will tell him exactly what to do.
