Husqvarna mower floods after about 1 hour
I have a YTH20K46 with a Kohler motor. It started flooding about 45 minutes to 1 hour after I start cutting grass. I changed the Oil for GP and the plug and fuel filter. It still repeats the same problems. This is the 4th time like clockwork. I let it sit a day and it fires up fine and cuts for about 1 hour again. Any Ideas?

You have a carb issue, most likely your float is sticking in the down position. Drop the bowl and clean the float and needle valve with carb cleaner. Actuate the float up and down to see if there is any sticking and that the gas stops flowing when the float is up. If it drips with the float up then your needle is shot.

    Hi,
I think that though you say it floods, what is actually happrning is the ignition is becoming too weak to ignite the air/fuel mixture.
    Peace,
