I have a painting of a Paris street scene/Moulin Rouge that was given as a gift to my grandfather many years ago. Supposedly it was of some worth at that time. It now hangs in my home. I'm interested in knowing about the painting and/or the artist. I have had no luck searching the artist's signature-Roger Tours. Any help would be appreciated.
