I had a small lump on the lower part of my penis for a while it secreted some pus for a while. Some time went by and it grew and became almost like an open sore and has secreted blood and pus. My pelvic area also hurts on the left side by the lymphs next to my penis. I have never partaken in any sexual activity. Is it cancer should I be worried?

How old are you ? Does cancer run in your family.

Can be an ingrown hair that got infected ( very common) it can be a scratch or cut that got infected. If you masturbate it may be something from an oil you used or too rough.

Since it is open and sore and pus, you need to see your doctor.
