How can I find a man in Ghana who goes by the name of Jamie Robinson, aka fitzy. He's a Jamaican who moved from Atlanta Georgia to Ghana.

Are you 100% sure of these "facts" or is it someone you have been talking to online?

I made contact with one of his other kids and managed to get his phone number but he's such an heartless and he refuses to take our calls because he doesn't want his wife to know his past life. I just need him to help my son financially at this time. This is the number *** number delieted *** need someone to call him because he needs to be accountable.

Get your child counseling and get over it, you are not going to do anything and there is no holding him accountable in ghana.

Easy just move on in life.

Children are subject to divorce and child custody issues every day, and 1000's lose their father who may be down the street but will not visit or pay support.

You can not force him to ever contact the child, give that though up. Your concern about the child is great, and perhaps if you did not show hatred and anger toward the dad, the child could adjust better.

How old is the child ? What type of trouble, get the child into counseling if there is real issues.

While you can file for support and get a support order there willl be no enforcement to Ghana so don't expect to ever get any money

Also in first post it was all about the child, second post it is all about the money ? Which is it ?

I didn't show no hatred and anger toward this man. You don't know the fullness of the situation so your judgement is wrong. He didn't make his self available to participate in his sons life physically, emotionally, compassionately, or lovingly. I did my best for my son in all those areas, he went through all the pain of not having him around but I now fell like he needs to be held financially accountable, which is the least he could do.
For your information its possible for him to be in Ghana and be held accountable to pay child support. I have move on, this is not about me, its about the fact that It's my egg and his sperm, we were both there to create this child, I'm doing my part and so should he. If he can't be there physically, he's going to fi it financially.

The courts will do almost nothing, you would have a hard time making him pay if he lived down the street, many 1000's of dead beat dads never pay anything living in the same town.

Proving income, getting a Ghana court to do anything, you can not serious feel anything will happen ?
