I'm getting 2 imunisations on Monday for high school. I hate needles like you wouldn't believe! I hate the pain, but mostly what happenes after. I usually feel sick or dizzy. My last shots made me so sacred I fainted and had a seizure. I don't want it to happen again and need help to calm myself down. Got any tips? And please don't say "Jsut don't look" or "don't think about it" cause you can't just NOT THINK ABOUT IT!! Thanks 😉

Well you could try to take deep breaths or take it through your nose if you know what I mean. And just empty your mind and take deep breaths is all I can say! Good luck!

Try doing some slow breathing exercises, where do you have the injections, in the arm, or in your bum, I find that more embaressing that I forget about the needle, I hate having needles in the bum, because when you sit down, it still hurts, in the arm, it doesn't seemto hurt as much, that's what I think anyway.
