I have a hydroclean ez. Cable.
And the tank had stopped refilling suddenly and I can't figure out why . Any ideas?

Check the diaphragm under the actuator (lever). To do so you will need to remove the blue top cover and r rotate the mechanism underneath to lift out. You will see the alignment cut outs. There is a small rubber diaphragm underneath. If this has a hole in it , then there is you problem. Look closely as a small crack may be hard to see ,but enough to not allow the vacuum.

Why would you discourage answering old questions? People encounter the same problems and come to the internet for help. I am finding this post weeks later. Answer questions regardless of the age... the point is to help people going forward, not necessarily the original poster.
