Collecting a judgement against a corporation
I had a company. It was close in 2006. Many people owed money and few we owed. There were two vendors one is logistic company and other is the credit card debt which is as old as 2000.
There is law firm Joseph Garziano they sent notice for wage garnishment. The employer not going in to any trouble fired me.
Now they sent again sheriff looking for me am I still working there. I have no job no work. What can I do? Need help.

You owned a company or a corporation? What exactly was the set up.

I'm confused - you were the company owner but you were fired because a wage garnishment was served? The company said you didn't work for the company but you did and still do?

You are giving conflicting information in the same sentence.

    What exactly is the situation?
