    Can you get bailed out if you violate your probation if all you did was not check in?
    I know someone who turned his self in for violating his probabtion its his first offense and its only for not checking in. can he get bailed out after he goes to the probatin revocation hearing we live in Texas

    No, after their hearing, they will either be sentenced to jail for a short time, or be put back on probation.

    I got bail with a mischief two breaches of bail, a robbery .carry a concealed weapon, and carrying a weapon for a dangerous purpose

    Don't think u got a problem if u got a goood lawyer

    You describe new charges, which can be bailed out, not a violation of probation, while a few locations do allow for it, over all most do not.

    For violation of probation you are detained pending a violation hearing in a week or two normally.

    Maybeee in america... ive seen people get promise to appears ,for breachs.. and two breachs of bail is a lot harder to get bail for then breaches of probation
