I had a great first date with someone. Interesting conversation, kiss good night, and he even texted me when I got home saying what a great time he had, how he enjoyed our kiss and that we should do it again soon. He said he would call me during the week. That was Tuesday. Now it's Friday and I haven't heard from him. Did I misread the signals?

I'd give him one more week, but not put my life on hold meanwhile.

The kiss was great... which is why I'm a little confused.

Let us know if he calls. He could be busy with work or family.

Pick up the phone and call him. You seriously have nothing to lose and you'll soon find out if he's interested in going out again.

Thanks guys... he wound up calling over the weekend and we set up a 2nd date. Seems like he wants to take things slow, which actually sounds really good to me too.
