Replacing a delco factory radio with one that has cd. Installed it and the clock started to work. Pressed the 2 amnd 4 buttons and first ,horizontal lines then the numbers 00. Didn't know where to go after that and so quit. The button to turn on does not click on. There is no click. Is this a dead radio

Go to the dealer.. prove that the radio isn't stolen and they will give them to you. That's why those codes are their... to discourage theft.

If you read the question properly, I know how to get the codes. One does not have to go to a dealer. There are many instructions on how to get the codes on the internet. My problem is getting the radio to accept the code. But thanks anyway.
