I have severe pain near my chest and stomach. It's a stabbing pain that goes till my back and my left arm. I have diarrhea for the past three days. I am very weak and nauseous but no vomiting. Each time I drink something it hurts. It's almost like a burning sensation with stabbing pains.

Call 911. When you get out of the doctor's office get a job.

Stabbing pain that goes till your back and your left arm resembles to heart problem, on the other hand burning sensation each time you drink something resembles any problems of stomach (gastritis or ulcer) or esophagus (acid reflux) ıf pains goes severe then go to a hospital to exclude anh heart problems.

So why were you not at the doctors office two days ago.
