not stop dizziness,fatigue,mild chest pains... I am a 26 year old male... have been to the hospital numerous times,had ekg,chest x-ray,ct scan,blood work... they say everything was fine,but why do I still feel dizzy always... any suggestions? getting a bit out of hand day in and day out

Time to see a psychologist...

Might be anxiety attacks.

I do have anxiety,always have... just wasn't aware it could cause this bad of dizziness non stop

Those are some of the symptoms... I know a few people that suffer from that. THe proper meds can control that.
