Im in marching band , well now I'm quitting , but my friend she asked me if I was tdoing it until I graduate high school , now she won't talk to me anymore?
But I've been waiting to ask her out for a year now?

Maybe she's mad that you're qutting. Have you even talked to her about it?

She doesn't know I'm quitting yet , I asked how her day was after , usually she always replies and I talk to her for a couple hours even at band , but now she acts like I never talked to her?

I didn't yet , I told her I was doing it before I changed my mind about it , but she won't talk to me , so I haven't had time to tell her I won't be doing it , anyway to get her to tlak to me so I can tell her?

If she doesn't want to talk to you then there's nothing you can do. Try finding her in person, see if she might talk to you then. If not you're out of luck.
