Please explain what you mean by 'sexual power.' Are you referring to 'libido', arousal, stamina, etc.

How does your spouse's condition affect your sex-life? Is your spouse healthy or does he have other complications from the diabetes? Have you spoken to his doctor?

Do you have any health or age related conditions? Are you on any medications that might affect how your mind and body react?

I don't understand your question. Your partner is diabetic but you need help with your sexual power?

Diabetes, depending on the stage and how serous it is, can and does affect sexual performance - your partner's, not yours.
