My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex (for about 10 mins) he said that he didn't inside of me and that he never actually got there, then I realised that I am supposed to be fertile. Is there anyway that I could be pregnant. As of right now what can I do to prevent it. I know get a pregnancy test, but is there anything else such as a PLAN B product or something. How long do I have to wait to know for sure

Yes, you could be pregnant. Just because he didn't ejaculate doesn't necessarily mean there wasn't semen discharge.
Morning after pill products can be taken up to 5 days after unprotected sex (depending on the drug). Some like plan b you take within 72 hours of sex and then a second pill 12 hours later. And they are all most effective taken sooner than later.

If you're over 18 and in the US I know you can get it at a pharmacy with out a prescription. If you're under 18 you'll need a prescription from a doctor.

To know for sure you'll have to wait until your next period or until you're in the appropriate time frame for a pregnancy test.
