Fire being sick with doctor paper
My mon works with a company for 10 years. She being sick, call her supervisor who wanted to fire her since she started work with the company last year. The supervisor ask for doctor paper and my mom doctor's faxed all the document including the shortime disability for 30 days. My mom signed all the paper work for shortime disability and she ask me to take that to the human resource. My mom gave a copy to her supervisor but after 3 weeks of sikness my mom feel better and the doctor gave her one week traitment to stay home because that medication are very strong she needs to stay home and on the bed. The doctor faxed the description to the human resource. When my mom when back to work her supervisor said the shortime disability request was denied by the direction and her job was terminated also. My mom try to see the administrator and the administrator said he doesn't have nothing to do with her case because that is the problem between her supervisor and her. My mom call the direction and they said her supervisor send a complaint for "No call no show up" and she wanted her job to terminated. What can my mom do in this case?
