I have one oil painting of a Parisian Street scene with the Eiffle in the background.
It is signed by HRDY or ARDY. The frame is Mexican made and hand carved. It seems to be Impressionistic in style.


The second painting is larger and more detailed, but also of a Parisian street scene and has a more ornate frame. The painted is signed by R.I. Barle
Or R. I. Burle, it is hard to distinguish.
The frame is from Melvin Frame Company of NY.

Any help or advice would be appreciate.
