So I was accused of fraud under 5000$ for a credit card and also for a telephone bill under a family member's name that was living with me at the time. He says he never activated a phone line at the address the bill was at. They have come to my place to tell me about the credit card and told me id receive papers in the mail for a court date. But they haven't come by yet about the bill... Will they arrest me, bring me to the cop station? Or will it just be added on to the previous charges by the same person?
