I have a letter in my MS Outlook Inbox that whenever I try to open or delet it causes the computer to freeze and I need to reboot.How do I get rid of it for good? Thanks

Do you have a good Antivirus program running in the background?
This could be a virus; or it could be Outlook has corrupted itself.
First, I would run a virus scan of your computer with whatever Antivirus Program you have.

If that doesn't cure it, try reinstalling IE (along with Outlook).
