Mother of my child is trying to take baby away
The mother of my unborn daughter is trying to take all my rights away with the baby is there any papers I can get to serve her with that I can see my child?

Go to court.. establish your paternity via DNA testing, file for custody, at least shoot for joint custody... and get the court to order a visitation schedule.

If she doesn't stick to it.. you take her to court and have her declared in contempt and let the court deal with her.

I'd like to add that you have NO rights, none whatsoever, for an unborn child.

You cannot force her to allow you at doctor's appointments, ultrasounds, or to be at the hospital while she labors.

You CAN get on your state's putative father registry to stop her from choosing adoption without your consent. You CAN file IN COURT to establish paternity, set up visitation (you are VERY unlikely to get overnights until the child is older), establish legal custody, and set up child support payments.
