The disposal sounds fine and appears to spin as it should except water does not drain from the sink. It has been snaked multiple times from house to the street. No clogs were found

Did anyone check the drain from the disposal to the house drains yet for blockage?

But did you remove the trap and snake the horizontal line in the wall?
