If you replaced the igniter and coil, and there still is no spark, the problem is likely with the distributor housing. Only use a genuine Honda distributor housing--all others are unreliable and are junk.

Well it all started because the rpms was jumping so I changed the icm then it stopped for I few hours and came back so I changed the distributor and didn't get spark so I changed the main relay still no spark I was looking at the fuse bok and one of the big wires got really hot and burned the hosing to the fuses under the hood

What else can cause the problem

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.

. Verify that the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to Position II.

Fuses OK, cel does turn on then off, ignition appears to be OK, now I'm checking ground wires,, can this cause the problem ? One wire under the hood box is a little burnt ,but not broken

I would still focus on the distributor.
