I am 26 years old and my ex filed a 50B on me in December of 2011 and after that I was taking my mom who was blind to the store where the 50B tells me not to go cause my ex works there and I got arrested and was in jail for 3 days and my court date is on the 22 so here is my question even though this is my first time and I have no criminal record could they still give me a 150 days in jail. I am a male and I get a disability check every month. Due to my learning problems and not being able to understand things very well I am hoping they will not send me back to jail cause like I said I have no criminal record and all this is very confusing to me.

You knew what you were doing, had a 100 other stores to take your mom. You most likely will not get the max, but I would expect 30 days.
