Movie was set in the 1920s or 1930s. The young daughter of a wealthy man is kidnapped posibly the wife as well. During the ransom exchange there is a problem, a car chase ensues, and the father sees his daughter in the car. During the car chase the car with the child crashes into a body of water, no bodies are recovered. Years later the man meets a woman a relationship occures and then you find out the woman is his daughter.
