I am on a criminal probation for possession of weed and hit and run. I was doing good, stayed clean (and still am) but they violated my probation due to me leaving my wife's house so stuff wouldn't get out of hand, I went to a friends for a week she calld my po and told her I moved out (which now that she is tryna get rid of me is the case) also I didn't pay A 5 dollor fee. Then to top it all off I caught a new charge but will be found not guilty cause the dude that did it confessed. What is going to happen when I turn myself in? What options do I have

If you moved out that night, you call PO the next day, if you are controlled to a point of having to provide current address. So why did you not call PO

But you are detained to a hearing, explain to judge and most likely be put back on probation, assuming the other charges are dropped
