When I'm home alone I'll hear doors opening and closing and footsteeps on the floor above me and I'll hear footsteeps coming down the stairs but it never does anything other than that. Is it a good or bad spirit?

A child's voice comes though my daughters phone when no one is touching it she says if u don't come play with us we"re going to kill you then it goes on about playing with teddys then it stops this has happened a few times how would u no if it would hurt you
