Hi, I have a question regarding a submission form I created with HTML. In order for the input info to be sent to my email I must use a peace of code (PHP). I'm a bit confused as to what to do with the PHP code. Do I put it inside my HTML document? The website where I got the code from tells me to load the PHP to a server. Basically, my question is what must I do with the code and where do I put it?

This is what the website tells me to do:
