Ok so I got a misdemeanor weed charge December 25. The judge gave me 6 months of probation to pass 2 clean screens and complete a drug/alcohol evaluation course. Well I passed my first screen the next month and then started smoking a little bit. Well months pass and by the time I realize it, its already been 6 months. So I sober up and get my second clean done(now a month late). I have set up an appointment to do my course but I'm still afraid that they are going to violate me and ill have to go to jail for the 59 days. Anyone know what I should do??

Bumping does not help and in fact upsets most of the experts who may ignore the post. We are all non paid and do this in our spare times, the screens we see will show unanswered or new questions if we search them that way.

You complete the course as fast as you can and hope they don't violate you, there is nothing else you can do. If you did several dirty, surprised they have not already.

But if they do, you serve the 59 days as a learning lesson for not cleaning up when you were suppose to
