Hey I have been very itchy ansd sore in my vagina the last few days and it's that sore I can't wear underwear I discovered last night whilst in the shower that I have a big red lump up there its not a spot or anyfing its just a big lump . Any ideas what this could be??

It's inside your vagina - but you can't wear underwear?

If it's outside your vagina it could be anything from an ingrown hair to a cyst and back again.

Are you sexually active?

Its possible you could have a cyst of some kind. You should see your doctor for the correct diagnosis and treatment. A cyst is nothing to mess around with.
