I may not be much assistance but you may not be pregnant. I've been through a similar situation, I had unprotected sex about 3 weeks after my period and menstrual cycle was interrupted for 3 months. I experienced the sore breasts and cramping. I haven't been to a OB/GYN(women's doctor) to see why that happened so I can't give you a suggestion. But take a home test asap, if its positive then you'll know what the problem was. If it shows negative, I suggest seeing a OB/GYN as soon as you could.
