    Weight loss
So here goes.. Im 21 years old
Had a baby 11 months ago ( don't diss for being unwed an a mother that's not why I'm here)
Just want some tips on a good diet that will fit into my busy life, and some good tummy crunching exercises that will help tone my stomach.
Also how can I lose the fat on the top of my arms?

No one here lnew you were an unwed mother until you posted it - or did I miss something. Did someone say something that made you defensive?

Are you nursing your baby? It makes a difference.

    Do you mean upper arms?

There are all sorts of crunching exercises on the Internet - depends on your general physical condition, how well toned your muscles are.

    Ok this.. Was my post.
Im finding it hard to lose the weight.
I eat good meals 'veg fruits drink water'

I walk a lot and I like to carry my son to my mothers house she lives 15 minutes walk away.

(you must think I'm quite dumb)

What makes you think I think you're quite dumb? Because I asked you if you're nursing your baby? Something else?

There's a problem - you posted: "So here goes.. Im 21 years old

No no. I just feel I come across quite dumb I didn't you think.
Do you know any tips at all for toning tummy muscles?
    I've tried sit ups jogging
    The occasional pull ups.
I've tried to lift weights but I just keep pulling my muscles and its really getting me down lately.

Im not over weight at all. Just quite plump around the edges. I get told all mothers should be cuddly but :( I don't want that haha

No, I didn't think that at all - "baby fat" is difficult to get off. I can't do sit ups because all I got was a sprained neck. I'm told that the "crunches" where you sit and then bring your legs straight up into a "V" shape are effective - I never tried it. I used to work out with weights but got far too much definition - I looked muscular, which is a look I wasn't going for!

That's a good description - plump around the edges.

I think it all comes down to eating less, eating better, more water, walk more, blah, blah, blah - but your body has to readjust after you have a baby.

Boy or girl, by the way?

Yeah the "v" shape.. You should try that ha it really hurts.
I can't shift my arm fat which I'm incredibly embarressed about.
If my strech marks arnt enough I get fat bits too!
Although I can hide the "mummy marks" as I like to call them.

A little boy. Best little thing in my life, just everything and more! :)
