My dog ate something, foaming mouth, now pain
I have a 4 year old Dachshund and I think he ate something bad (a frog maybe? There are no poisonous frogs in the region I'm living whatsoever) and he had a lot of foam at his mouth while he was chewing, but after that it went away.. Now I think he's in pain, he shakes a little bit and when I touch his belly, it is very hard and he tends to curl his back.. He is generally very active but now he struggles to get on a chair... I can't call a vet because it's 2 in the morning... Is it an urgency? Or just an indigestion?
He had those symptoms before (I think he has a very sensitive digestive system) but without the foam... What can I do to help him?

There is no emergency Vet clinic in your area? He's obviously in pain - from something.
