Checked all fuses, only the Starter signal fuse not getting any power.

Does this mean my starter is bad?

. Remove and fully charge the battery. Most auto parts stores will test/charge batteries for free.

. Clean battery terminals and cable connections, including those going to the starter solenoid/motor.

. Starter signal fuse will likely test okay for power, when the ignition switch is turned to Start.

. Most auto parts stores will also test starters for free. Usually, the problem is with the solenoid, not the motor.
