Have you filed a claim against his Estate? Have you filed with Social Security?

Is there Court ordered DNA or other acknowledgement that he is the father?

Check with the clerk of your nearest state court and ask if a petiton to probate his estate has been filed. If so, write a letter to the court, cc to the personal representative (or his/her attorney) stating that you are owed so much for child support. You might want to attach copies of your CS paperwork.

Please don't start a new question on the same issue. I've merged your threads.

Start with where he lived. If no probate was filed there check the other county. If neither you file where he lived.
