My brother lied about me being violent towards him

I've tried being honest but they only believe him he punched my forehead but they don't see my scar and bump . My brother says I choked him but I didn't my says she's going to turn me in , but I'm innocent ,so I need a way to prove I'm Innocent

I don't know what you are talking about or why you are asking this question. What is the background?

It appars that your brother punched you in the forehead; you may or may not have choked him; your mother (part of your post is missing) is threatening to turn you in (presumably to the Police); you need to prove you are innocent (of choking him).

Why would your mother press charges and not your brother?

I think important information is missing. The only to prove you are not guilty is through witnesses, physical evidence (marks on you, marks on him), which of you is more believable.

Why doesn't anyone believe you?

My brother bribed the only other wittness my four year old brother to say that I choked him my brothers are both currently minors that's why my mom is the one threatining my brother is normally the crybaby angel of the family type they believe him because we argue a whole lot

She said she's deciding when she can get in touch with my father who was at work during the incident
