I plead guilty to domestic battery to keep from going to jail even though I was not guilty. Sentenced to a year probation .fined had to go to anger management class. Was not working at the time got a job started the class it was to be 26 weeks witch I didn't have the time to complete .my wife lost her job in the meantime so I was paying all our bills . Completed my probation .on 06/07/2012. Then I get a letter from cicuit clerk 08/05/2012 for a petition to revoke. I live in chatham Illinois witch is in sangamon county .I couldn't pay on my fines for paying house hold bills gass to get to work everything what are my options?
