My hair isn't as thick as it used to be and I need it to be--help?!

I don't want to play detective and go through your old posts -- so are you male or female and how old? Does baldness or hair loss run in your family?

I'm a teenager and I have blende hair quite long girl

Has your diet changed lately? Stress over something? Do you have any ideas why there's hair loss? Is the loss just thinning or are there even bald patches?

Well basically I had quite thick hair so I wanted to make it smoother and I read up that vinigar smoothens hair but after I had used it my hair got slightly thinner..

There are shampoos that add body. Have you tried those?
