I went to the hospital twice this week and weekend because I have a really bad sore throat. Both times they have me a strep test the first time it came back negative. I went back to the hospital two days later because my throat hurts so bad It hurts to swollow and talk they gave my another strep test and they said I had a little bit of strep throat. But I think I have mono because I have white bumps on my tonsils. I don't know what to do my whole body hurts and my neck and glands are swollen and burn

It sounds more like ulcerated tonsillitis. I used to get that with the same symptoms twice a year until my tonsils were finally removed.

Are you taking some form of penicillin?
