Chuck, OK writing on behalf of someone who is in jail. They already went in front of Majestry here in fl, we were told we had to wait to see if ga comes here or not. How long does another state have, time wise to get person in jail?
Signing over your rights to another state? What is that procedure ?
We have as mentioned an attorney in fla and he says we can't go anything here until ga makes a move? So confused. I'd appreciate any information.
