My worry is that there could have been sperm left on his hands when he fingered me, and I ovulated 2 days after.
Today a have had a light spotting of blood and my breasts are slightly tender.
Am I pregnant or has the constant paranoia for a week caused this?

Of course if there was sperm on his fingers you could be pregnant and this could be a sign for it. But most likely no you are not.
