Are you both NOT going to be represented by counsel? This type of "side" agreement causes nothing but problems.

My suggestion would be to come to an agreement, put it in writing, you don't have to follow it if you both are in agreement.

No Order, your wife meets someone and decides to move to NY - you have no legal standing.

Any Divorce has to be approved by the Court. I can't find anything concerning whether the Court would approve no arrangement.

What "type of divorce" Are you asking if your divorce agreement can stipulate 50/50 custody with no support? Yes, a court should sign off on an agreement like that as long as you both agree.
