Yes, it's true. It's part of the normal female lubricating system. The "white stuff" can also be because of an infection.

You want the lube stuff to be purple or orange, not white? Please read up on the female reproductive system. There are good sites online (Mayo Clinic, for instance) and also books in the 612s and 613s at your public library. (I hope you have a valid library card.)
