    You are giving me absolutely NO information about your faucet . Grohe makes several dozens of faucets. What model is it ? Can you post a pic of the faucet ?

    If I am not mistaken, the red button indicates an older model faucet. That button allows you to go from 110F to 140F. If missing than you can not get hotter water. Correct ?
